I have been going to Brianna MacIsaac’s yoga classes since she started teaching over 5 years ago. She brings so much to her yoga students through her instruction. She takes great care to teach her poses, meditations and breathing techniques in a way that allows people to move at their own pace. My mind has a hard time shutting down at night and her classes have taught me the tools to slow the brain down and be present in the moment. I highly recommend treating yourself and trying her classes.
