Anchorage is an online, in home owned yoga studio—but more than that, it’s a gathering place for real people doing their best in a busy world. Here, amidst life’s noise and constant motion, we slow down, breathe, and remember who we are. Each of us carries our own stories, rhythms, and dreams, and together we create a soft, steady community where everyone belongs, just as they are.

Anchorage Yoga is a welcoming space where you can show up exactly as you are. I have been going to Brianna MacIsaac’s yoga classes since she started teaching over 5 years ago. She brings so much to her yoga students through her instruction. She takes great care to teach her poses, meditations and breathing techniques in a way that allows people to move at their own pace. My mind has a hard time shutting down at night and her classes have taught me the tools to slow the brain down and be present in the moment. I highly recommend treating yourself and trying her classes.
